Audit first
Two weeks inside your funnel and your file system. We measure real response times, count what leaks, and score every workflow on effort against payback. You get the map whether or not you build with us.
Dubai · Applied AI systems
Idraak builds the site your buyers land on, the system that answers them in under a minute, and the index that turns your whole file archive into something you can simply ask. All of it starts with an audit of what you already have.
The index
This is what the Vault actually is: every contract, drawing, report and scanned invoice your company has produced, held as one index instead of four hundred folders. Ask it a question and the handful of documents that genuinely answer it step forward and converge on an answer. Drag it to turn it.
About us
We are a small applied-AI studio in Dubai. We do not sell pilots, dashboards, or slideware. We map what you have, build the two or three things that actually move revenue, and stay on to run them.
Two weeks inside your funnel and your file system. We measure real response times, count what leaks, and score every workflow on effort against payback. You get the map whether or not you build with us.
We connect to the CRM, inbox, forms, phone system and drives you already pay for. No rip-and-replace, no data leaving the jurisdictions you need it in, no vendor you can't fire.
Every system ships with a metric attached — response time, booked calls, hours saved. We monitor it, tune the prompts and rules, and report on it monthly. If it stops earning, we say so.
By the numbers
Two targets we commit to in writing before a build starts. They are deployment SLAs, not averages — and every engagement reports against them.
Figures above are contracted deployment targets from our own build model — replace with client-verified results as cases publish.
Process
Most AI projects die between the demo and the deployment. Ours are scoped so that something is live and measured before the second invoice.
We shadow your inbound, list every tool and archive, and time what happens today. Output: a ranked list of workflows with cost, payback and risk against each one.
We pick two or three, then write down exactly what the system will do, what it will refuse to do, where the data sits, and the single number that proves it worked.
Integration into your CRM, inbox, forms, phone and drives. Human handover rules, escalation paths and full logging from day one. Typically three to six weeks.
We watch the transcripts, correct the failure cases, retrain retrieval as your files change, and send you one page a month showing the metric moving.
Systems
Every form submission, WhatsApp message and missed call gets a real answer in under a minute — qualified, personalised, logged in your CRM, and booked into a calendar if the lead is ready. At 3am on a public holiday, same as Tuesday at noon.
Best fit for teams spending real money on demand generation — real estate, clinics, education, B2B services, contractors — where leads arrive faster than a human desk can answer them and the first responder usually wins.
We design and build the site too. Not a template with your logo dropped into it — the same standard of work you are looking at right now. Then, before it goes live, we wire speed-to-lead into every place a visitor can raise their hand: the forms, the chatbot, the call button. Nobody has to watch the inbox for it to work.
Best fit if your current site is a brochure — pretty or not — that collects enquiries into an inbox nobody opens on a Friday. Also the fastest way to work with us: a site with capture built in is a smaller commitment than a full audit, and it pays for itself on the leads it stops losing.
Every contract, report, spec, invoice, policy and scanned PDF your company has produced, in one private index. Ask it a question in plain language and get an answer with the source paragraph attached — so you can check it in two seconds instead of trusting it blindly.
Best fit for organisations whose knowledge is trapped in files rather than systems — legal, construction, healthcare, finance, government suppliers and anyone whose onboarding takes months because nothing is findable.
The audit usually surfaces one workflow that is worth more than either standard product. Voice agents that handle reception. Document processing that reads invoices into the ledger. Internal copilots that draft the quote, the report, the tender response.
Where it lands
Six shapes of engagement we scope most often. Each ships with one number attached to it.
Listings generate enquiries around the clock across three portals and WhatsApp. The system answers, qualifies budget and area, and books viewings directly into agent calendars.
Every unanswered call triggers an immediate message offering the next three slots. Insurance and treatment questions are answered from approved copy only.
Intake season triples the enquiry volume overnight. Every applicant gets an immediate answer on fees, intake dates and documents, and a counsellor call is booked before they look elsewhere.
Specs, variation orders and site reports indexed into one vault. Estimators ask a question instead of opening folders, and every answer cites the drawing it came from.
Replaced a five-year-old brochure site. Forms and chatbot wired into speed-to-lead on launch day, so quote requests get a reply and a site-visit slot the same minute.
The vault holds every past engagement letter and report. A copilot drafts the first version of a new proposal in the firm's language, with sources, for a partner to edit.
